Let's think about car accidents for a moment. It's an important parallel..

Most car accidents are trivial - don't enrm cause damage that needs to be repaired. A small percentage of car accidents are more serious causing us to live with h the damage, but usually nothing more. A very few car accidents result in serious damage to the car, but no damage at all to driver or passengers. Many of these are never reported. A much smaller number result in person injuries. Some of there are also not reported officially. Of those that are reported, we study from many angles, the car, the driver, the road, the traffic, the conditions... and more. A very, very small number of car accidents cause permanent injury or death. We intentionally examine each and every one of those - often in excruciatingly severe investigations.

Vaccine injuries are a parallel in freeuency and severity. But we're still in a stage of denial, even in the face of many injuries and deaths. There is no interest in studying individual cases to understand causes...
