FWIW, I analyzed the video and it LOOKS like the truth might be even more tragic -- it looks like the officer who disarmed the suspect accidentally discharged the weapon as he was turning to leave.

From a legal (criminal) standpoint, I think it will be EXTREMLY difficult to charge the officers, because they heard "GUN" followed immediately by a gunshot. I think at that time, a reasonable officer would assume the guy on the ground was firing.

A civil case is another matter, though. I could see a jury giving this guy's family millions.

Fair, balanced, fact-driven analyses like this one are desperately needed especially when a tragic loss of life occurs like this (in similar circumstances for the second time in less than 3 weeks). Thank you for providing an analysis like this even though it won't be popular with the masses who mindlessly support the incompetence, corruption, cruelty, and murder of the #47 administration. Most people who recognize that things are catastrophically wrong are not "Woke Dems", but rather just simply decent people who are willing to think for themselves.
