Rav should follow his wonderful guests advice, film yourself and watch it.

1. He might find that his appearance "fucking sucks" to use his own annoying slang. Decent shirts are available on line for $10 or less. buy a few. 2. There is no reason a host should resort to dropping F bombs. Save it for the bar or bb court. 3. Work out your questions and statements before hand and keep them succinct. The host rambled about himself, I didn't tune in for a view into his therapy sessions. I did not time it but I think the host spoke as much or more than the guest.

In the spirit of the dialectic, the guest was excellent and the show was very informative.

Exactly!

Rav, get a transcript and read it. And count the words by speaker. You talk way too much and go off in way too many directions. You ask questions and answer them without giving your guest a chance. And then keep on rambling.

Listening to this while driving was infuriating. Your guest has the credentials, experience and authority. Don’t lecture them! Get them to talk. And shut up!

You have a huge blindspot in not improving with self reflection and critically reviewing your behavior and actions. If you are serious about doing podcasts, do the work to do it right. This one was cringe-worthy end to end.
