In over two decades in treating PtSD with or without a TBI (cause a TBI will give you PTSD for free) I have found the most effective therapy is hyperbaric oxygen. But Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is the Cinderella of modern medicine an as it will never make Pharma money no one hears about it.
As an aside, I found HBOT to cure Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (published 2005 PEDIATRICS). Took 15 years for another group to reproduce my findings, but the CDC still says it is not treatable and incurable (for Pharma).

But is Dr. Jay going to be commenting on Dr. Fauci's comments June 3rd in Congressional Hearing on what he had to say about the Great Barrington Declaration, how he considered it to be conceptually ill conceived and tried to explain away what he meant by the devasting take-down. I'd love to hear Dr. Jay's thoughts on that and Fauci's testimony in general Has this been covered yet?
We should be aware that any attempt to heal mental / spiritual issues via making changes to the body will not get to the root cause of the issue, except by accident in a few cases.
There are ways to handle the mind directly without any sort of drug intervention, and these are under-explored and under-used because the academic community has become so convinced that mental problems are the same as brain problems.

Dr. Johnson seems a bit naive about the degree conflicts of interest appear to affect these advisory boards.
