You don’t need to be an expert to know the difference between right and wrong or to have spiritual discernment. Dave makes some good points. If The Experts have good points they can make them too, and offer them up in the marketplace of ideas.
I can’t imagine discrediting Dave Smith on his foreign policy views just because he’s a comedian even though he’s committed so much of his time to learning about it and through his contributions to the Libertarian Institute. With that logic, you shouldn’t comment on anything you’re not an expert on, and who here is truly an expert on all the important sociopolitical topics of our time?
