While I am not necessarily an advocate of 'Nuremberg 2,0' I strenuously differ with your view that we should simply have a dispassionate forensic accounting of what went wrong. Those highest up in the hierarchy of our public health agencies were responsible for countless needless deaths--whether in promoting vaccines that were neither safe nor effective, demonizing safe, cheap, off-patent drugs like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, which saved countless lives and would have saved many more if the FDA hadn't spewed lies about the nonexistent dangers in applying them, and instead pushed Remdesivir--a highly toxic drug that even the, WHO opined was not effective against Covid--a drug that killed half the subjects in an African trial for its use in Ebola, and crippled the rest with varying degrees of organ failure, such that the trial was suspended,. Meanwhile, it was mandated as the drug of choice in hospitals, with a perverse monetary incentive of a 20% bonus for each application.

Read Stella Paul's Brownstone Institute article Whatever Happened To Informed Consent, about the deaths that occurred when Remdesevir was administered to hospital patients who explicitly asked not to be given it, but were either drugged and given it against their will, or told they were getting hydration when instead they were getting Remdesevir, resulting in their deaths. There is now a class-action lawsuit by 1000 families and counting, against California hospitals that violated this most basic feature of Hippocratic medicine. The injured must have their day in court, and those guilty of such egregious violations of informed consent and bodily autonomy must be held to account and pay a price, whether in monetary damages, or jail time. These were criminal acts and they deserve criminal penalties. Let bygones be bygones is wholly inadequate in the face of this blatant disregard for human life. Nazi doctors were hanged for less. Not to prosecute these people would be a betrayal of the memories of lives needlessly lost, and the untold anguish of the families who lost them.

Pfizer has the dubious distinction of having had the most criminal penalties levied against a pharmaceutical company for all forms of malfeasance, including deaths from Vioxx and other medications but no one in that company has ever had to do a perp walk. Monetary fines simply became the price of doing business, which is why they were able to roll out an experimental genetic vaccine without genotoxicity, and reproductive toxicity tests--with a promise of liability protection. These psychopaths won't stop until someone stops them by making them pay the highest price--forfeiture of their freedom so they can never do this again.

There can be truth and accountability both, and that includes criminal accountability. The more civil suits and prosecutions the better.

The continual failure to hold the most powerful and wealthy people in society to account for their wrongdoing is corrosive. Everyone who cares to see will observe that they will be brutally punished for any minor infraction, while the rich and powerful repeatedly abuse the rest of us with impunity. Just look at how the architects and crooks behind the 2008 financial crisis walked away from their crimes unpunished.

This creates an atmosphere where no reasonable person can believe in basic fairness, justice, the rule of law, equal treatment before the law, “democracy”, or any of the other supposed characteristics of a decent civilization. Polls show the majority of Americans believe some kind of civil war or other breakdown of civilization is inevitable.

So no, just letting the vast worldwide harms created by the Covid liars and policymakers is not acceptable. If these massive crimes keep going unpunished the reaction will extend far beyond future health policy.

You lost me when you compare the malevalence being revealed in the individuals responsible for the covid response (AND their actions suppressing and vilifying YOUR group and any other) to analyzing an aircraft disaster! If the post morten on a plane crash revealed deliberate attack aimed at bringing about a death-dealing result, that would be premeditated murder and the individuals would be charged, investigated and sentenced!

Government employees and institutions (CDC, FDA, health departments, etc.) face no downside when they get things wrong. They don't lose their jobs or go out of business.

If a for profit company gets their products or services wrong, they go out of business. If the company does poorly, the board replaces the CEO. This darwinian accountability occurs because people can shop elsewhere.

Sadly, we don't get to shop elsewhere with the government agencies. (I guess you could move away from state and local agencies, but probably not federal agencies.)

Therefore, I think the people who were in charge in these government agencies need to go. And the agencies need to be reviewed as well.

I'm not sure which group this point of view belongs in, perhaps there needs to be another group, maybe "We Need New People". Nuremberg wants a pound of flesh, and the apostles just want an honest accounting. I want an honest accounting and new people.

Excellent overview. I am an emergency physician of 33 years and consider myself an apostle of EBM. I am a signatory of the Great Barrington Declaration as it comported with our knowledge of prior pandemics. I unsuccessfully plead my case based on EBM to refuse the vaccine and as a result I was terminated from the medical staff at two healthcare systems in the greater metro Atlanta area, effectively excommunicated from the people I had served for 25 years. It is because of myself and countless others (military, teachers etc) who were treated in such a fashion that I also find myself sharing the opinions of the Nuremberg 2.0 advocates. The pharmaceutical industry has been using its financial incentives to co-opt our government agencies to do their bidding for too long. Financial penalties have not resulted in a course correction for the industry. The Merc Vioxx scandal is but one example where financial penalties are rationalized as the cost of doing business. The mRNA “vaccines” forced upon the world at-large is the most blatant example of this abuse of power. Until actual justice is served with the imprisonment of those responsible I am concerned this abuse of power will only worsen.

Mankind has fought illness from inception. While medicines have a long history, injections do not. Greed, particularly patents, have tarnished the history and reputation of medicine. The only truly safe and effective measurement of a medicine today is that it is not under patent. Not being under patent means the medicine's effectiveness warrants continued production without enormous profit. A sad truth.

I don’t think that everyone will necessarily fit neatly into the categories given. One can be strongly for evidence based science while at the same time wanting true justice to decrease the chances that such a terrible blight in human history never happens again. One can believe in both of these while noticing the vast amount of coordination and planning that went into pulling off this debacle.

Nice recap, but seeing Sweden’s story pop up, over & over leaves me with so many questions. Is it true most of their citizens took those injections? Which one? Are they also now seeing a large increase in mortality? Are their teenagers & young adults dying in their sleep or while playing sports? I really don’t buy that it’s all flowers & sunshine. Are they pushing boosters? Flu shoots? RSV? Have modRNA injections been added to their childhood recommendations? Do they inject their littles 75-100 times? Are they also experiencing miscarriages & infertility increases?

You just can’t keep holding them up as a silver icon model, without addressing the prices they paid for injecting everybody.

This is an excellent+ essay. What is missing is a note about Rockefeller's and Rothschild's fortunes, ideologies and objectives that keep on rolling this brainwashing, misery and allow them to achieve their ultimate goal, DEPOPULATION.

Ah, Bill Gates serves them quite well.

This meme (doing the rounds on facebook) really sums up the situation. "Once you understand that the "solution" wasn't created to solve the "problem", but that the "problem" was created for the "solution" to be rolled out -- then you will understand... " (Best not to print the rest). We are dealing with carefully planned and very carefully executed mass democide! ;(

Aviation safety debriefing rarely finds intentional mishap or self dealing, whereas Covid-19 interventions were rife with intentional manipulation for gain. Many government officials and American corporations were self dealing on the backs of American lives and deaths. Nuremberg 2.0 is needed for these players.

Even tho not too optimistic, it's still too optimistic. I think it misses the point of controlled opposition.

Look at people like Bret Weinstein who's on the "other" side, but only recently abandoned his faith in face diapers, and STILL TODAY believes we should have done Zero-Covid, because he basically is an extreme germophobe who believes every illness reduces your life essence.

All the IVM pushers and miracle "protocol" pushers I think of controlled opposition, something the CDC was experimenting with Jude Law's character in Contagion (2011)

Then there's the Satan crowd (eyeroll)

Then there's the "no such thing as viruses", 5G, graphite, etc

The Evidence-Based-Medicine crowd needed to be a hell of a lot bigger. I think the EBM MIGHT have been bigger had it not been intensely censored from the beginning, preventing humans from sharing evidence.

This is the difference between faith and material world. Government mandates/lockdowns/censorship prevented an EB approach and imposed a faith based approach, leading to a war of religions, which is ENTIRELY useless.

I'm a hardcore atheist biologist.

The debate is between good math and bad math.

The debate is also between math and freedom.

It shouldn't matter that an illness can be prevented. That is a deluded position, the position of Sam Harris, the fool who believes that humanity would be better off if we eradicated all illness (whatever that would even mean... would there be no more bacteria in our digestive system? Harris and NDT are off their heads)

There is no answer.

This is a battle of personalities, conformity, and freedom.

Honestly, we need different legislatures for different places and different people.
