BREAKING: Government Files Motion To Halt The Court's Anti-Censorship Orders In Missouri v. Biden Case

The Missouri v. Biden case continues to evolve as the government filed a motion to stay (halt) the judge’s injunction which prohibits them from coercing social media companies to censor alternative viewpoints. This means the case will go to the Supreme Court.
Shortly after this appeal motion, the Supreme Court responded as Justice Alito imposed a temporary halt to the preliminary injunction until September 22nd.
In response to this news, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya and Rav Arora rushed to set up their microphones and record an immediate podcast discussing the implications of this case and the government’s all-too-telling appeal.
